    There will be alternating lane closures on North Queen Street, between West Race Street and Pennsylvania Avenue, in Martinsburg, Berkeley Co from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m., beginning on Monday, March 23,to allow for sidewalk and lighting replacements. Completion end of April.
