White Kia Soul

I was driving north bound on I-95. I was in the left lanes and the cars in front of my were braking. I too braked and the White Kia soul behind me re-ended me then drove off. I followed them down the highway. I gave the cops the license plate but apparently I was off by a number or Letter. I know there was a CV_ _89. I was in a 2 door black honda accord. This was about 6pm on Nov 14th. The accident happened somewhere between exit 74-79A. > reply
