Accident on Elm Ave SW

This happened this afternoon around 2. A motorcycle was driving on Elm Ave. toward 5th street and hit a car that was stopped at the stop sign at 4th st. The driver of the motorcycle did not survive. Speed was allegedly a factor. This has not been reported on the news for some reason. > reply
