Traffic Jam on I-95

Dear Maryland Please get a F***ING BROOM and keep it all emergency vehicles. A 2 hour traffic delay could have been avoided if the people who closed down the left lane on I95 because there was debris on the shoulder of the road had a BROOM AND DUST PAN ALONG WITH A TRASH BAG TO PUT THE CRAP INTO. > reply
