Hit and run

April 29th 2023 my nephew car broke down 376 monroeville highway he was walking home toward exit 79Band was stuck hit and run left him there then was stuck again first motor vehicle left like a road kill he only 19 years old this heartbreaking we help I know there is a camera facing close to exit 79B please help us he trying get home this happens > reply
