Accident on I-10

Traffic backed up for at least 20 miles westbound from TX State line to St Charles. Took almost 3hrs to go 5 miles. Accident happened around 3:30 am and it's still not cleaned up at 7pm. Overturned semi and fatality I heard. > reply
