Standstill and red light not changing at intersection for over 30 minutes

The light heading West on Oakland Park Blvd has been red for over 30 mins. No flow of traffic in that direction. I can see the railroad track lights blinking for over 30 mins as well. Someone needs to get traffic cops over here to at least let this direction make U-Turns. this is ridiculous. > reply
