car causing accident seen fleeing the scene

On 10/8/21 at approximately 6:30 pm, on I-15 north approximately 5 miles south of the Gopher Canyon Road exit, a black honda sedan travelling at a high rate of speed pulled between a car in far right lane (4) and the adjacent lane (3), causing the car in lane 4 to veer off the road. The car hit the side of an incline and lost control, spinning back into traffic, hitting a black pickup truck which appeared to roll over. I took pics of the black honda when it crossed in front but I'm not able to make out a license plate. Please contact me if you need more info. > reply
