Standstill on 81 North near Salem

There is some kind of accident at mile marker 136 that is causing a traffic backup all the way to the Dixie Caverns exit 132. Traffic is backed up and at almost a dead standstill with movement once every 5 to 10 minutes and the movement only takes you about a quarter of a mile at a time if you're lucky. > reply
