Construction Reconstruction on CT 9 southbound Exit ramp Exit 14 - Dekoven Drive (Middletown) The Route 9 Southbound, off ramp at DeKoven Drive (Exit 23B - Old Exit 14) will be closed until further notice for construction activities to reconfigure the Route 17/9 Interchange. Traffic will be detoured along Route 17 SB (Exit 23A - Old Exit 13) to Exit 21 (Main Street Extension) to Main Street to Martin Luther King Jr. Way.
