For the #safetyfirst of the traveling public, on 01/21/2026, Caltrans crews removed an encampment on X St. around T St. on-ramp to SB Business 80/Capital City Freeway. Crews removed 3 cu ft of debris. Partnering agencies provided assistance to people in the encampment. https://t.co/5uYRgBTK2H
