Blonde lady in early 50s driving in a red Dodge Ram 1500.Tag appeared to be a SC tag BNE 438. I have seen her several times in Fountain Inn area. Each time, driving as if she may be drinking. Also Flicking ciggerettes out the window, as well. > reply
