Hazard on Harlem / 55 South

My younger brother as well as multiple other cars of people were involved in a strange incident today. It happened on I55 near the Harlem exit at approximately 9 PM (September 21st). Apparently an object came flying off of a semi truck or another vehicle then struck multiple cars slashing tires and even plunging a hole in my brothers engine. My brothers car will not start and he contacted the police and his insurance company to send a tow truck to aid. Whilst there my brother asked everyone who had been affected if they had seen where the object came from. Nobody knew. My brothers car looks pretty dang bad.
