Standstill Wreck I35 OKC

I reported earlier on a multi vehicle report that left Northbound I35 into OKC Completely closed. Cars only being allowed on access road. Southbound lane was at a crawl. We saw a tire and rim blocking the on ramp to I35 Northbound. While just leaving Norman we had a state trooper fly past us at 80+ mph. I've come to learn that one of the vehicles in the wreck was a state trooper. So I am now thinking that the officer in the wreck was the same state trooper who came roaring past us.
