Traffic Jam on I-15 S

Traffic has been at a standstill for about 45 minutes and now we are just creeping down the road with off-and-on standstills between Blackfoot and Fort Hall. It's not even a rush hour I can't imagine what that would be. It's only 3 in the afternoon > reply
