Rear-end collision between Odyssey & dark colored sedan

In traffic congestion, the driver of a dark colored sedan skidded to a halt leaving clouds of smoke, but collided with my light blue Honda Odyssey this afternoon around 3:45pm. I was traveling in the left hand lane on I-66 Eastbound somewhere near exit 69. I was following a white Toyota Prius, but was stopped when the dark sedan hit me. The white Prius and I pulled out of traffic onto the left-hand shoulder to check damages. As soon as I pulled onto the shoulder, the driver of the sedan sped off and left the scene. I am looking to see if anyone saw this accident and might have any additional information on the dark sedan. They hit me with enough force to leave an imprint of their license plate frame in my rear bumper. > reply
