my name is laclarence Thomas in I was involved in a car accident on may 10 2016 appox:1-1:45pm at the consolidated resource recovery,located at 12101 40th st N,Clearwater,Fl 33762. I was a back passanger in a Nissan taccon truck, when we all noticed that there was a 50 ton semi truck with its reverse lights on so the driver of the vehicle we were in noticed as well and came to a complete stop and couldn't put the truck(Nissan taccon)in reverse because the brakes had locked. as the driver alerted the other drive(50ton semi truck) that we were behind him with his horn he constantly kept backing up into our truck as he slammed the back of his semi truck into the front of our truck. I lost control of my body when it happened in my head slammed into the driveers headrest an than back into my own. as we got out the car and appoarched the other driver of the semi truck he stepped out and yelled at us for not backing up cause he couldn't get out. as I walked to the truck to get my phone I noticed both of the drivers having a heated argument. so the driver of the semi truck tried to leave and the driver of our vehicle the Nissan taccon grabbed him in pushed him. I grabbed the one who pushed the dude of the semi truck in told him to stop, don't put his hands on him he has been detained enough to not try and leave again.so as I try to go back for my phone the two drivers start back again so I run and bear hug my friend so he wouldn't hit the other dude. I have photos of the semi truck driver and his license plate number...as we left I went to trinity hospital located in pasco county off of state road 54. I was diagnosed with a clinched nerve. where I now have to receive physiological therapy for my pain. > reply
