USer Comment JT: I encountered this at 11:30 am today. Traffic was backed up from Co Rd 30 to Roger's exit. Took me 45 min. Heading home going south on 94 at 4:00pm, I noticed the traffic was still backed up considerably further. It was terrible. People will be waiting for a long time if the delay continues. 8 years ago > REPLY
