  @BigSerbOG @PatriciaKellogg @MVielhaber When snow/ice is actively falling, there is no way to have clean roads. Once our plows go through, snow continues to fall and cover the roadways, not to mention drifting snow. I've seen roads completely covered less than 3 minutes after a plow went through.

Not sure what we can do to convince you as it sounds like you already have your mind made up, but we can assure you that plows and drivers were out working.
