USer Comment Jim: Absolutely ridiculous! Why not hold the car manufacturers responsible for the car used?!? How about the construction companies that built the roads where the accident occurred? How about the employer that gives the person the money to purchase the alcohol? Here's a novel idea, why not make the person that committed the crime responsible? Let's quit blaming everything else and start making personal responsibility the number one reason for crimes like this! Or for any crime. I'm surprised no one thought about that!
