Surge: Ah, let’s see, this article left out a few important details. Mr. Rowe was fleeing and eluding from a traffic stop by the ASP. He was a convicted felon on probation for gun charges and a shooting as well as drugs. He was traveling at an estimated 160 MPH with his lights blacked out to avoid apprehension and missed a turn in the road. This was hardly an accident… 4 months ago > REPLY
