TLC: The accident happened very close to our home. It is a disgrace that this SOB was in his car impaired while driving, and hit an innocent man that was waiting off the side of the highway for a tow truck. His vehicle was disabled, and he waited patiently for assistance and then loses his life due to this scumbag and his negligence.
