kenda ashbaugh: My name is kenda and i am the gma of smy seiberys baby girl jeremy seibert. Whom was driving the car that hit and killed the motorcycliist is my grandaughters step dad thank God we had the baby girl for that weekend we don't understsnd why jeremy says he got off scot free when he was passing cars on a no passing zone and killed a guy in the process and got to come home to ohio and says he did nothinng and feels no remorce for the family of the gut he hit .don't k.ow if jetemy went to court and even kept his llicense and still drives illegally and reckless in ohio and our granddaughter has to ride in a vehicle with him cause his wife and my son have shared parenting . what are the laws for wrst virginia on ythis matter ddid he get off scot free as he brags here or what his wife seven monthd pregnant just ignores it all . please let me know what will come of this the accident happened june 8 2014 mason county w.v.in fraisers bottom .help us to ease our minds .thanks kenda concerned gmma ohio 9 years ago > REPLY
