Hit & Run. Black F150

Wednesday May 13th approx 5:15 am Looking for witnesses to a hit & run, driver of a black F150 truck in the HOV lane hit me. I spun around multiple times, finally going backwards and crashing through construction barrier. One man told construction worker to tell me it was a black F150.
