USer Comment NT: We went by this accident immediately after it happened. I'm wondering the outcome of the people on the motorcycle. It didn't look good. 8 years ago > REPLY

USer Comment nick: One fatal 8 years ago > REPLY

USer Comment MS: I drove up and turned around. No police or first responders were there yet. There was one person visibly not be tended to, I assume this to be the unfortunate one. 8 years ago > REPLY

USer Comment Mrs W: We drove by the same accident within a few minutes after it happened. I have been looking for a news article online to follow up on what happened but so far there are none. 8 years ago > REPLY

USer Comment JP: It was a horrific accident and more people should have stopped to help instead of turning around and going the other way. That is what's wrong with this country nowadays, no one can be bothered to stop and help. I can say this, because I was one of the two people that did come to the victims side to help. 8 years ago > REPLY

USer Comment Lkn: Ty all we r praying for Judy and keeping positive for her two daughters and their families and extended family 8 years ago > REPLY

USer Comment JP: Hello LKN, please e-mail at jally503@yahoo.com and I will respond through my regular e-mail. Please tell me who you are and how you know so much about Ronnie and Judy. I was truly devastated at what I saw and still emotional about it. I was on the scene until about 8:30 last night. 8 years ago > REPLY

USer Comment JP: The not stopping was meant in general, not one particular person 8 years ago > REPLY

USer Comment Nan: Hello Lkn, Thank you for this update on Judy. We were neighbors of the Freers for years. Please email me with updates at n.brittingham@comcast.net 8 years ago > REPLY

USer Comment Smf: Dear JP, your thoughtfulness is greatly appreciated. In general, next time you see an accident, stop, put your flashers on & call 911. You don't need to get out of the car. 8 years ago > REPLY

USer Comment CFR: Hello, I am the victims' daughter and I appreciate your sympathy but if you do have any pertinent information regarding this crash I urge you to contact the State Police Troop F barracks at 860-399-2100. They are still conducting their investigation and your help is greatly appreciated. My mother is in critical but stable condition and not in a coma as previously reported. Thank you for your kind words and expressions of sympathy. 8 years ago > REPLY

USer Comment Mrs W: To CFR - I am so sorry and wish your mother a peaceful recovery. I did not see the accident however it probably happened a few minutes before my arrival. I was traveling the same direction as the SUV, the sun was out but not overly sunny but I was still wearing sunglasses. I saw a handful of people headed towards your parents. My car window was open and I heard someone make a call to 911. Within a few minutes after I passed a police officer in a marked car with lights and sirens went by and a few seconds later an ambulance. I wish I knew more or had seen more to tell you or had some type of comforting words for you, your mom and family. Response time and aide from strangers, police and the ambulance was fast, blink of an eye fast type of response. 8 years ago > REPLY

USer Comment JP: To SMF, as a former certified fireman and certified first responder medic, I felt it my obligation to help those people, so how can you tell me not to help ??? I was with the police and crime scene investigators for hours after the accident and did all I can do to help. Why don't you tell me to turn around and go the other way as so many others did for petty reasons. 8 years ago > REPLY

USer Comment Smf: To JP~You did not read my post correctly, or maybe I didn't word it correctly. I thanked you for stopping. You are an angel. The rest of the post was for the general public who no longer cares to get involved, and always has an excuse. It is my sincere hope that all those people who couldn't be bothered that day, never find themselves in need. 8 years ago > REPLY

USer Comment sam: I cannot believe that not one single news station has reported this serious accident asking for someone to step up and report any information regarding the crash to the police. 8 years ago > REPLY

USer Comment Ms M: I agree! Something is seriously wrong here! Why is this being kept a secret? I did notice the Middletown Press had a short article about the death, but nothing about help in the investigation. 8 years ago > REPLY

USer Comment HM: CFR all of us at Terzian send our thoughts prayers to you and your family. He was a wonderful man and will be missed dearly. We wish your mother well 8 years ago > REPLY

USer Comment JP: The police woman that took my statement said that there are many accidents at that same spot and happen quite often and more so later in the day between 5 and sundown. And yes SMF, that is exactly how I took your post. 8 years ago > REPLY

USer Comment Ms M: The point being made is that the public has not been notified or asked for help in this investigation. NOT how many accidents at that location or the time of day the accidents occur. 8 years ago > REPLY

USer Comment EP: I am Judy's sister and Ronnie's sister-in-law but really sister. I thank the people that stopped to help but do not condemn the people that didn't. It is difficult to know exactly what to do in a situation such as this. There is a point at which too many people can get in the way. My sister is a loving and caring person and would not want anyone placing blame on anyone who didn't stop and help. Perhaps some people were thinking that they could not have offered the kind of help that was needed. Please don't judge the actions of others. Send your positive thoughts and prayers to my sister and her husband. That is what my sister would have wanted. 8 years ago > REPLY
