Beth: We have been sitting here for two hours as well. We have seen four ambulances leave the scene. Four flat bed tow trucks have arrived and one bigger one that is usually used for semis 8 years ago > REPLY
Kay: LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) - A Kentucky State Police dispatcher says both sides of I-71 near the Henry-Trimble County line are shut down as crews work to clear the scenes of two separate multi-vehicle accidents. The accident on the southbound side of I-71 happened around 10:30 a.m. near the 38 1/2 mile marker on the Henry-Trimble County line. A Kentucky State Police dispatcher tells WDRB that accident involved three vehicles. The accident on the northbound side of I-71 occurred around 11 a.m. near the 37 mile marker in Henry County. The dispatcher said that accident also involved three vehicles. Details about what caused the accidents were not disclosed. Authorities say one person was transported, but there are believed to be no life-threatening injuries resulting from either accident. The dispatcher says crews hope to have both sides of I-71 cleared within the next hour. 8 years ago > REPLY

StuckInKentuck: This occurred at 10:30 this morning and we are still not moving? That is about 5 hours. I can't imagine why it would take so long. Even if there were injuries or fatalities, it seems like they could have completed the clean up within 5 hours. 8 years ago > REPLY
