Slow traffic, emergency vehicles

I can't see the cause but traffic across the 470 bridge from Wheeling West Virginia to Ohio is almost at a standstill. there are quite a few emergency vehicles on the side of the road. I'm guessing an accident but I don't see any other reports online. > reply
