We were at a complete stop in a parking lot waiting for our turn to go, when a parked car to the right side of us backed up hitting our rear right bumper.no damage occurred to our vehicle. The other drivers vehicle had damage to his left rear bumper. We pulled over and I provided insurance information to the driver at fault.he refused to give me his insurance information and gave me his business card instead > reply
