UPS Big Rig on fire and cleanup in progress on I 580 at Francisco Blvd (San Quentin). All Westbound lanes closed. Backed up across the bay to Richmond Pkwy. Bay Bridge/I-80 is backed up but will get you there quicker than I-580. Just a mess out here in Richmond. Avoid I-580 West over Richmond Bridge. East lanes clear. > reply
