Traffic HWY880 / 280 A mess tonight!!!

I was stuck on HWY 880 B4 HWY 280 interchange for over 1 hour with no way to get off FWY, HWY880 is a parking lot maybe 2 mph was the fastest speed, meaning 1 mph was the lowest speed!! > reply
