Waiting to be turned around

We were told almost an hour ago that all the northbound cars will be turned back south, but nothing has happened. The cops walked back past us, but it must be several miles to the nearest toll plaza. We are just behind the accident. We cannot find any information on the web about this, no police reports. Anyone know what happened? > reply
