Banjo: I'm somewhere around the 189 mi. Marker going east on I-40 and the interstate is blocked by a jack knifed truck in both lanes. Supposedly 2 or 3 more crashes in this same area. Big traffic jam, sleeting like crazy # will probably be here a while. Arkansas needs more truck parking where we can get off the roads when it's this bad. 9 years ago > REPLY
