Interstate shut down....20 miles of parked traffic

A friend of mine going southbound 5 hours ago said Northbound was stopped and backing up as a truck was being righted up and pulled out....I came to a stop 5 minutes ago at the 206 milepost and there's 15-20 miles of parked traffic ahead....The ramp to exit off at #205 Raphine is blocked off with orange cones....exit sooner or come join the fun. > reply
