Super slow on 295 and 95 are plows getting out?

Took me two hours to get from north Baltimore city to Fulton (route 216) 295 standstill at 32. Cut over to 95. No plowing to speak of. Slow and slippery. Any reports on 29 south? Need to get to Virginia and wondering if plows are getting out. > reply
