Motor vehicle accident

I witnessed a motor vehicle accident where a large suv crashed into a Mazda while stopped at a red light two men got out of the suv they seemed to be drunk or on drugs and began to kick the door of the mazda and try to break the window to the Mazda there was a young man driving and seemed to be alarmed I was worried about the young man who was hit in the Mazda and have not seen any report online or in the paper I did witness one of the men in the suv being arrested and I hope he is punished for his actions and causing a bad accident on New years day > reply
