Jonny: This area of JTB needs to be addressed. It is a daily game of chicken where people are getting onto JTB just before Kernan and those trying to exit onto Kernan. Then Hodges backs up every day and people in the middle lane are rushing to squeeze in. The traffic light at Hodges needs to stay green longer so people can get off of JTB, whereas there is no light at Kernan. Hodges off ramp needs to be two lanes beginning at Kernan which would solve the problem of people coming onto JTB at Kernan and those exiting onto Hodges. 11 years ago > REPLY
