USer Comment Justin wray: This articile is completly incorrect none of the statments are exacly trie close but not true maloney was in the middle lane when a semi truck tapped the back of his trailer causeing it to lose control he regained control and pulled over safely to check the load that was secure on the trailer as well parts that were strapped down in the back of the truck when the trailer had started to fish tail caused some of the load to become unsucure and fall on to the road way many people saw it and slowed and were going around it atleast twenty people went around the debris while maloney and his passenger are walking to remove the debris that is when the nissan somehow didnt see over vehicles slowing and going around the load they struck it and maloney and his passenger had to jump over the guard rail to avoid being hit by the car and it traveled into the back of maloneys pickup maloney was cited for a criminal charge because of someone elses neglegent driving but of coure the tractor trailer didnt stop of course because it was in the left lane when the strech of left lane says no trucks for 71 miles the tractor trailer should be held responsable for this accident maloney was a victim 9 years ago > REPLY
