USer Comment LaDonna: It's not the speed limit. It's people texting on their cell phones. I travel a lot and the trend I've seen is 9 out 10 times the driver is texting. I honk at them when I see it but until they get tickets for it, it will continue. The other trend I see is when someone is in the left hand lane and they are going below the speed limit. I think they should get a ticket for that also. The left hand lane is for those that are going a little above the speed limit. I think if you're going to be going slow, get in the right hand lane only. Obviously you're not in a hurry to go anywhere. Why cause a wreck? I will say on the flip side. There are some (but very few) drivers that just shouldn't be driving fast. They just don't have enough years behind the wheel. But they are the exception, not the rule. 9 years ago > REPLY
